Viewing Downtime Reports


View the Shift Report

  1. After entering all the production and downtime information for a shift, you may want to print or view a Shift Report. Click on Reports Menu at the top of the page.
  2. Select the Downtime by Shift/Day/Week from the Reports Menu on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on the report called By Area (T). This report shows all the machines in the selected Production Area for a specific shift.
  4. Enter the Date, Shift, the Area desired, and the select the Display option. There are two display options: All where both Work Order data and the downtime events are shown and DTE Only where only the downtime events are shown.
  5. Finally, click on the Show Report button to preview the report. See a sample of the Shift Report.

View OEE by Day

  1. Click on Reports Menu at the top of the page.
  2. Select the Overall Equipment Effectiveness from the Reports Menu on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on the report called Daily Report. This report shows the OEE for one machine over a specified date range.
  4. Enter the Date Range, Shifts to include, the Machine, and the select if you want a Table report or a Chart report. See samples of the Table report and the Chart report.
  5. Finally, click on the Show Report button to preview the report. To print the report, use the print button on the page.

View the Downtime by Machine

  1. Click on Reports Menu on the top of the page.
  2. Click on Downtime by Shift/Day/Week on the Reports Menu.
  3. From the Daily Reports, select By Machine (T).
  4. 4. Enter the date range for the report, select the machine and chose the display. There are two display options: All where both Work Order data and the downtime events are shown and DTE Only where only the downtime events are shown.
  5. Click on Show Report.
  6. The report will show the total downtime reported for the selected machine. See a sample of this report.

View the Downtime Classified by Category

  1. Another report available takes the Downtime by Machine Report to a greater level of detail by using the classification of the downtime events.
  2. Click the Reports Menu link from the top of then find the Downtime by Categories link on the left-hand side of the screen. This displays all of the reports By Category that are available.
  3. From the Total Downtime per Category, select by Machine (T, P).
  4. 4. Enter the date range, select a machine and click the Show Report button. See a sample of the Downtime by Category report.
